We loved everything about our stay at Coral Towers Holiday Suites! Sandy, the manager, was amazing - she allowed us to check in early and even upgraded us to the penthouse. The place was so quiet, we didn't even realize there were other guests in the towers. The views were great, with a short walk to town along the foreshore. The unit had full wall windows in every room, offering impressive views of the ocean and parkland. The rooms were spacious, and the walk-in robe in the main bedroom was a nice touch. We also appreciated Sandy's caring and helpfulness during a medical situation, as well as the hot spa at the property. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the pool was perfect for the kids. a fantastic experience and we would definitely stay again!

The 1 and 2 bedroom apartments at Coral Towers in Cairns were absolutely awesome! The living and dining areas were so spacious and comfy, with air conditioning to keep us cool. The kitchen had everything we needed and the private balcony had stunning ocean views. Plus, having free WiFi was a huge bonus for us karaoke-loving, casino-playing folks!

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the laundry facilities. But hey, that's just me!

The hosts were lovely, extremely helpful, and knowledgeable about the local area. The apartment was spacious, clean, and tidy. Great location not far from the city center, with the option to walk or take a quick taxi ride. The pool and spa area were fantastic, with plenty of sun lounges and kept very clean.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the CBD and the beautiful esplanade. The secure underground parking was a great convenience. The reception staff was friendly and provided helpful information. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed in a spacious apartment with a stunning view of both the ocean and mountains. The apartment was equipped with a full kitchen and laundry facilities, which made our stay comfortable and convenient. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering useful advice and directions around the area. the location was perfect for our city trip with easy access to both the city center and relaxing areas.

We did experience a few minor issues, such as a lack of front desk staff during certain hours and limited access to certain amenities. However, these were overshadowed by the positive aspects of our stay, and did not significantly impact our overall experience.

The staff were nice and very helpful. The woman at reception was particularly informative about all the tour options in the area. In general she was happy to answer questions we had about anything in the area. The apartment was well equipped, clean, and new. The location was perfect as it was away from the busy tourist area, yet still close enough to access everything we needed quickly. The views from the balcony were stunning. Overall the apartment was great value for money.

Sandy did a marvelous job coordinating my tours and helping me make the most of my limited time there, apparently enjoys this part of her job ... great opinions and insight; had a great view from my room; very quiet and relaxing.

Not so much dislike as an issue of convenience; one of the hotels assets is also a small drawback in that it's at the far end of the Esplanade. This makes it very quiet and relaxing, but it's a bit of a haul (2K) to reach the markets, restaurants, etc. That being said, it's a very relaxing walk and the fact I had a sore foot played something of a role in my experience. My solution for breakfast was to stock on up on staples and use the well-appointed kitchen to save at least one trip during the day.

Stunning views of the scenic location and wonderful service is what welcome the guests to this hotel. Located close to the flight path from the airport, it is very convenient for travelers to reach the airport on time. the hotel is situated very near the main town, which helps with transportation to and from the airport. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped - perfect for a comfortable stay. The kitchen, washing machine, and dryer make it easy for guests to prepare their meals and do their laundry.

Some aspects of the hotel might seem a bit outdated and require maintenance.

Room was spacious and clean. For the money it was definitely a good find when booking rooms on the fly.

The hotel staff was rude when it came to having guests in the room. the consistenly interrogated myself and my guest about how many people were in the room, and we consistently notified them that there were indeed only 4 people occupying the room. When there was a fifth staying overnight we paid the additional occupancy fee. The location was too far removed from restaurants and attractions. A cockroach was found dead under the washing sink in the laundry room, and I found a dead cockroach noticeably visible in the hotel lobby on our first morning.

Coral Towers was excellent. Fantastic views from the suite on seventh floor, and beautiful lodging for a very inexpensive rate!! Our holiday waa made so muxh more pleasant because of the choice of this venue. Would definitely stay there again.

The location was great - away from the noise and busy city centre yet two minutes in the car or a ten minute walk along the boardwalk. Easy access to the highway for trips both north and south as well as being close to the airport and easy to find. Great views. Very clean and comfortable unit.

Sandy in the office is fantastic, very helpful, professional and friendly. She helped us with anything we needed all with a smile on her face. The pool area was immaculate and a BBQ was set out each day for guest use.

The swimming pool and spa were a great way to unwind after a day of exploring. this place exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again.
